Baby 101 Los Angeles was created after many years of requests from families to start my own baby class. I have dedicated over 18 years of my career to work as a pediatric physical therapist in every imaginable setting. My evolution as a specialist in the treatment and evaluation of infants began in the pediatric department at Cedars Sinai Medical Center. I worked with infants for many years as a clinical specialist in both the in patient and out patient settings.  I conducted thousands of developmental evaluations as a member of Cedars Sinai pediatric NICU (neonatal intensive care unit) follow up clinic. For the last eleven years, I have owned and operated a private pediatric physical therapy practice, (PTN’PLAY) based in West LA. My experience has allowed me to become an expert in the field of child development. Over the years I have had the opportunity to work with thousands of families. I have been there to help them through the most challenging and difficult situations. I have also celebrated countless victories as part of the amazing joy that is parenthood.

My experience in the area of pediatric development is also a product of my own challenges as a mother of two boys. I could never have imagined that my time as a new mother would be the most trying time of my life. Motherhood did not come easy, even with all the years of working with babies! I experienced it all… a very difficult delivery, post partum depression, mastitis, a colicky baby, and the list goes on. In the end, I learned a great deal, and am excited to pass this on to other parents who have questions like I did.
